Coordination across the investor, future brand representative, architect, and general contractor to ensure a full understanding of the site requirements.

 

PERMITTING & ENTITLEMENT

Coordination with architect/general contractor to ensure all necessary permits are received in a timely manner.

 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Engagement with general contractor to establish optimized cost while meeting all design requirements and to ensure execution is in a cost and time efficient manner.
